New to our Benicia showroom is this 1953 Ford F100 1/2 Ton 2 Door Shortbed Pickup with red exterior paint, a white top, and black vinyl interior with nice gauges and a beautiful hardwood bed. This spectacular truck is built with a 312 cid V-8 engine with a 4 bbl carburetor, a HEI distributor, a dual exhaust with ceramic coated manifolds, a TCI front suspension and an automatic transmission with overdrive. It’s also been lowered and mini-tubbed with rack & pinion steering, power front disc brakes, an Ididit steering column, steel wheels with beauty rings/hub caps and so much more.
This 1953 Ford F100 Shortbed Pickup is in tremendous condition as well and it is ready for the next owner to enjoy right away.
Driven Only 725 Miles Since Complete Restoration in 2010
The current owner of this 1953 Ford F100 1/2 Ton Shortbed Pickup has owned it twice- once from 2013 to 2016 and again in 2017 til now. He informs us that it was fully restored back in 2010 and driven a mere 725 total miles since that time. It shows excellent in person with gleaming body lines, excellent chrome work and an immaculate bed, all of which shows only the slightest of imperfections. The engine compartment is also immaculate throughout with clean wiring and just enough chrome to really pop. You’ll also appreciate the overall performance of this classic pickup since it’s fast, agile and sounds incredible on the open road.
