This Mustang looks fantastic, runs well, and is an excellent driver. The triple black color combination looks amazing on this car. The Black (UA) over Black Cloth interior (DJ) with a Black (AA) convertible top is also the correct and original color scheme as verified by the codes on the door tag, which is pictured in this ad.

There is also a copy of the AutoCheck report in this ad. The report is totally clean, shows no accident history, and verifies the low mileage. This Mustang benefits from a few very tasteful improvements including a Paxton SN93 Supercharger, black 17 inch wheels, a Saleen style rear wing, and Hooker headers with a very high end full Bassani stainless steel exhaust system.

Exterior

The Black exterior is in Great driver condition. As one can see in the photos the finish has a terrific gloss, deep shine, and smooth finish. The convertible top is in excellent condition with no rips, holes, or frayed edges. The American Muscle wheels are in excellent condition with a brilliant black finish to match the rest of the car. The black rims really compliment the appearance of the car and give it that sinister "blacked out" look. The Nitto NT555 tires have plenty of tread left. There are no major imperfections that have been intentionally excluded from the photos. There are some very tiny blemishes that were too small to show up in the pictures and some light checking on the hood, but nothing that is really noticeable from about five or ten feet away. This Mustang it totally solid and has no rust issues at all. As one can see in the many photos of the underside of the car, it is very clean underneath. We have included specific photos of the rear spring mounts, rockers, lower quarter panels, and the area's most prone to rust to show how nice this car looks.

Interior

The Black Cloth interior in this Mustang is in outstanding condition. The seats are in excellent shape and look as good in person as they do in the photos with no stains or excessive wear. The seat is not worn in the typical area where the drier gets in and out. The carpet is also in great condition with no stains, holes, or tears. The gauge faces are crisp and clean and the lenses are crystal clear. The door panels are in excellent shape and the door pulls are solid and intact. The dash and console are in great condition with no cracks, fading, or sun damage. The jack and jack handle are still with the car. The original space saver spare is still with the car and has never been used. This Mustang has never been smoked in; there are no burns marks and no aroma of cigarettes.

Mustang interiors from this era are not known to wear well, and the excellent condition of this interior is a huge testament to the meticulous care and attention this car has received throughout its life and another great verification of the very low original mileage.

Mechanical

This Mustang seems to be in very good mechanical condition. The car starts right away every time, runs well, and idles smooth. It drives great and feels nice on the road and at highway speeds. In the video in this ad one can observe the car accelerating on the highway up to about 70mph, shifting through all the gears, braking to stoplight, and going through some curves. Please note that there are no vibrations or strange noises and the car performs quite well overall. The brakes do not pull to one side or the other. The transmission shifts smooth throughout the power band. There is no blue smoke when starting or driving the car. The car runs cool and does not overheat. This Mustang has plenty of power with the Paxton SN93 Supercharger and is very fast. Also, the engine compartment is beautifully clean and highly detailed as one can see in the photos.

The horn works as do all the exterior lights, interior lights, wipers, power windows, and power locks. All of the gauges work. The blower for the heater and a/c works on all speeds. The a/c also works and blows cold. One can observe the a/c compressor clicking on and engaging properly in the video. There are no "check engine" or other warning lights that stay on. The power convertible top also works well with no effort or binding in the mechanism. The complete operation of the top going up and down can be viewed in the video. As one can hear in the video this Mustang sounds great with a very aggressive exhaust not from the full Bassani exhaust with an "off road" Bassani X pipe with no catalytic converter and Hooker headers. Not enough can be said as to how much of a pleasure it is to drive this car, especially with the extra power from the supercharged engine and the top down on a beautiful day.

Overall Condition

Overall, this 1992 Mustang GT is in magnificent driver condition. The very low miles, the beautiful original color combination, the impressive enhancements like the supercharger, and the excellent overall condition make this car especially important and hard to duplicate. It is very hard to find a Mustang GT from this era that is still in great original condition with low mileage as most were used and abused. This Mustang always gets a ton of attention driving down the road. It is apparent that the vehicle has been well taken care of and tastefully modified by its previous owners. The prices of Fox body Mustangs increased considerably over the past several years. They are secure and wise investments for a collector. Cars like this are the Barrett Jackson stars of the future.
