Up for auction is this very nice 1963 Ford Thunderbird Convertible. The 3rd generation of the Ford Thunderbird is a large personal luxury car produced by Ford for the 1961 to 1963 model years. This generation of the Thunderbird was restyled in favor of the previous body style . The Thunderbirds sporty style and defining lines make this convertible a real head turner even still today. The T-Bird comes with a high output 390-cubic-inch 300 bhp V8 engine that still has plenty of pick up and that great sound when you rev the engine. Its true it will probably take about 10 seconds to hit 60 mph!. The T-Birds suspension allows the car to handle very well and to float through curves This convertible comes with dealer-installed tonneau cover and stainless interior appointments. This example has been owned and cared for by the current owner for over 25 years. It has been kept in a climate controlled garage and rarely ever driven in the rain.
