Description:
1993 Ford E-Series Van E350 Super Ambulance
Great for a build out: originallyordered by the US Government and assigned to the Portsmouth, NH NavalShipyard from 1993, designated "Rescue 7". As a government vehicle, it was not registered with the stateuntil sold to the Hampton Falls. NH, then owned by the New Castle, NH Fire Dept. I acquired it from a dealerwho bought it at auction for immediate resale in 2017. Truck is presently used to collect book donations fora library, but is being replaced by a smaller unit that can access smaller driveways. This is a great running,comfortable-riding truck that I would not hesitate to drive a long distance. It was bought in New Hampshireand driven to New York, and has completed several long trips without issue in the two years I have owned it.Most ambulances are treated very well as reliability is paramount in emergency services. In small towns, they can live for decades with little mileage, and are only replaced due to changing needs.
