'55 Ford F350 survivor, low miles, in great condition.

To truly appreciate the value of this truck, one only needs to push the starter button for a split second, no ying, ying, ying, it starts instantly and the whisper quiet sound of the engine is barely audible. It would be a shame to say that this 1955 Ford gem could be parted out for better than $6K, it is a smooth running, fully functional survivor with a dump bed. It has a newly professionally (machine shop) rebuilt (original) 239 CU V/8 engine with new Ford Ram Horn exhaust headers and new dual tailpipes and mufflers. I will include the original exhaust manifolds. I recently put in a new battery and replaced the front tires from bias ply to radials, the rear tires are still OK, but have some weather checking. The truck body and chassis are in remarkably great condition with only minimal rust issues which are indicated in the photos attached. The cab corners need some work and a small spot above the driver's headlight, floor and running boards are good as well as the inner fenders. It has been converted to 12 volt with an alternator, but could be easily changed back to original with little effort, I will include a new electronic ignition module . The dump bed is made of all steel construction with removable sides and front and the hydraulics work great. It would make a great work truck, or sell the dump bed and hoist and put a nice flat bed, or camper on it, or simply put a nice paint job on it and use it for advertising for your business. Fly in and drive this truck home, everything is in good working order. I am willing to answer any questions that you may have, so ask away.
