Frame off restoration completed in 2015 with hundreds of pictures supporting the work. Top of the line products with custom touches installed to make this one of a kind truck perform as well as it looks. Key features include a 351W engine, rebuilt C4 transmission, lockers and heavy duty rear axles, 3.5" modern suspension lift with 2" body lift, 35x12.50x17 BFG Mud Terrains on custom Walker Evans functional bead locks, hydroboost powered 4-wheel disk brakes, power steering, new wiring harness, 6 point roll cage with seat platform, reclining Procar bucket seats, fold and tumble rear seat, one off custom fully functional dash with stereo speakers, 2015 Ford Sterling Metallic Gray paint, interior is truck bedlined in matching gray, Gray safari soft top, doors modified with one piece windows and door inserts for roadster open air fun.

Chassis and suspension: The frame was media blasted and powder coated black for durability. Old suspension hardware removed and replaced with long travel front shock mounts and beefy Cage dual rear shock mount, BC Broncos 3.5" heavy duty coil springs and rear 11-pack leaf springs, Bilstein 5100 shocks, extended radius arms for a smooth ride with plenty of flex, StoneCrusher heavy duty heim joint steering, West Texas off road rebuilt quick turn steering box. Front and rear bumpers were custom made by Hard Knox Fabworks with integrated tow hooks, winch tray, swing away spare tire carrier, hitch, hi-lift mount and frenched LED lights.

Drivetrain: Ford 351W engine, Ford Explorer serpentine belt front dress, Jet remanufactured Quadrajet Stage 2 carburetor, Edelbrock performer intake, Comp cams off road grind mild cam/springs/lifters, Champion heavy duty aluminum radiator, BC Broncos ceramic headers and 3" single exhaust system, fully rebuilt C4 transmission, resealed Dana 20 transfer base, Stainless twin stick transfer case shifters, Woods heavy duty rear driveshaft, rebuilt dana 44" and big bearing ford 9" differentials, 4.88 Yukon gears, Yukon mechanical locker, Yukon 31 spline heavy duty rear axles, Aussie locker in the dana 44, all new bearings, seals and joints. Stock dana 44 front disk brakes, rear converted to disk brakes with emergency brake (not connected). An F250 hydroboost brake system provides a modern feel and power to the brakes. Carter electric fuel pump and new fuel lines with billet aluminum mounts. Five Walker Evans custom functional bead lock wheels and 35x12.50-17 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires. Entire drivetrain has less than 4000 miles on it since installed and cruises at 65 mph with a light touch under acceleration and braking.

Body: The body was media blasted and etch primed. Rust was removed and panels replaced to make this a solid body. The underside of the body was sprayed with black Raptor truck bed liner and the interior was sprayed with Raptor bedliner tinted to match the body color. The body was sprayed with 2015 Ford Sterling Metallic Gray paint. The dash was replaced with a new blank unit allowing placement of all controls/features as they should have been. 6.5" speaker flank each side of the dash and the gauge cluster was refurbished and modernized with a voltage gauge and LED lights. The glovebox was relocated to allow for full operation with a roll cage. The heater box has been rebuilt with a new core and high output fan. A 6-point rollcage with seat platform, spreaders and grab handles were added for safety. Seat belts were replaced, and modern shoulder/lap belts were installed. Fully reclining black Procar bucket seats with headrests were installed in the front and a fold-and-tumble rear bench was installed to allow full use of the bed. The wiring harness was completely replaced, and headlights were upgraded to modern H4 fixtures. Dual RuffStuff battery boxes were powder coated and installed to support dual battery operation. The doors were fully rebuilt, and wing windows replaced with one-piece glass windows. Stainless steel lift-off hinges allow for quick open-air driving. Fully finished roadster door inserts offer that true roadster look and feel. A gray Rampage safari soft top with removable side panels allows for 4 season driving or put on the bikini top for shaded open-air enjoyment. Stainless steal fastners were used throughout the body during assembly. Door handles, mirrors, knobs, hood latch and spring were all replaced and shine like new. Hydraulic hood struts were used to support the hood. The truck has been stored inside and shines just as much as the day it rolled out of the paint booth

I built this truck to be my forever Bronco but it's time to move on and start another project. Hundreds of pictures are available to document the work on this truck and I think the parts and custom touches speak for themselves. I am not interested in trades or help selling this.
