1992 Ford Escort RS Cosworth

Up for sale is my factory big turbo 1992 Ford Escort Cosworth Motorsport edition, which is exceedingly rare as only a handful where made. This one was built May 5th 1992 which also makes it one of the first 2500 built for homologation purposes.
You could get your motorsport car is any color as long as it was white, and you could either buy a bare shell or a complete car like this one. They where mostly sold to race teams and converted to race cars, to find an unmolested one today is impossible
Ford deleted a bunch of stuff - no power windows, no power mirrors, no Recaro seats, no rear seat headrests, no rear seat carpet backing, no low fuel light, no sunroof, no headlight washers, no a/c, no fog lights, no radio, no arm rest. In the trunk there is an access panel riveted on for quick access to the fuel pump (or adding a fuel cell), no opening rear windows.
This car was sold new to Italy, then off to Japan in 2000, then to Canada (me) this year, and managed to stay %99 stock for the last 27 years! It only has stainless steel brake lines and an axle back exhaust.
On route is a stock shift knob and the two missing block off plates (for the radio and where the power window switches would normally go)
You could option some stuff back on, so this car has a/c, setup for a radio, fog lights, opening rear windows.
The car has 91k KM (about 43,000 miles) and seems original, as on the Japanese ownership 83k KM was recorded back in 2011.
