1931 Ford Model A
This is a 1931Ford Model A Deluxe Roadsterthat I restoredover the last few years. Haven't had time to drive it much so the miles are low since it was completed. The fenders, aprons, hood and original restored body are all metal. The engine was rebuilt by Al Clark of Go - Devil Garage in New York. The engine has a counter balanced crank, touring camshaft, high compression and a cut flywheel with an up dated pressure plate. The trans has been rebuilt and the rear is a good used rear with all new brakes. The original shocks and links are all rebuilt. The steering is a John Kovar EZ steer unit and that is a dream come true for any lover of the Model A. It has a rebuilt water pump, distributor, carburetor, and a restored pop-out ignition switch. The front end was completely rebuilt and has new cast iron drums on the front. The interior is all Lebaron Bonney as is the black top. The top bows and irons are all new. The doors could use some adjustment but still work fine as is, ( maybe some body shimming would help ). The paint is from hot rod Flatz is called Boulevard Black ( a semi gloss black ). The tires are new on apple green wheels. All new wiringwith rebuilt restored headlights and tail lights. This runs great and drives and stops great, a nice roadster for sure - not perfect but still very nice. I prefer that you come and inspect this car before buying so you know that this is what you are looking for and like. Thanks for looking. No shipping, pick up only here in northeast New Jersey. This has a clear N.J. title in my name.
