1959 Ford Fairlane 500 Hardtop Carnation/Vanilla
1959 Ford Fairlane
The Ford Fairlane was sold between 1955 and 1970 by Ford in North America. The name is derived from Henry Ford's estate, Fair Lane, near Dearborn, Michigan.
Fairlane name replaced the Crestline as Ford's premier full-sized offering.
A new top-level full-sized model was introduced at mid-year 1959, the Ford Galaxie. The 1959 Galaxie displayed both "Fairlane 500" and "Galaxie" badging.
This is a spectacular long-term cared-for example. The owner has kept it in a garage for the last 20 years. It has always been well maintained. It features the 332 Thunderbird motor. Runs, drives, and operates very well. There is some exhaust noise as is common on old fords. It is carnation and white and being sold due to illness. It is an exceptional example and an excellent opportunity.
