1971 Ford Torino
Selling my 1971 Torino. Itwas originally ordered and deliveredto California which can be seen on the Marti report in the pictures. As a result of its life on the west coast it has a rust free undercarriage. It's never been undercoated or painted underneath so no surprises. According to the previous owner it had one repaint before he bought it in 1990at adealer in Los Angeles, California. It runs and drives like it should and also comes with tons of service records. The car was always taken back to the dealer for service even through the 90's before it was parked. The interior is nice for an original driver. Seats are in great shape. Dash has 1 crack which is pictured, doesn't detract from the interior. The headliner has shrunk and is tight but isn't falling down. Thepaint isn't perfect showing typical chips and dings. It does have a nice shine to it and most importantly it has no rust and from what I can see no filler. Only spot on the car that has any rustI'm aware ofis one spotabout the size of a dime under the weather-stripping around the trunk lid. Would be an easy repair or leave the way it is "minor". Trunk floor and floor drops are in great condition like the rest of the car. Save yourself the headache of rust repair with this vehicle. I have decided to let this one go to fund other projects. Excellent candidate for restoration or enjoy it the way it is.
