1923 Ford Peddlers Truck
Beautifully restored from the frame up. Norust or Bondo. Solid oak body. All original hardware and headlights. Original wood spoked wheels, new rubber. Rebuilt engine. This restoration was complete around 2006, by the previous owner.
Originally it was a hand crankonly. I chose to add a Hogshead starter forconvenience. The starter has gone out so it has not been cranked in a year or so. I plan on replacing the starter prior to pick-up/delivery. New wiring and batteries. This work was done by Bentley's Antique Auto Service in Maysville, GA. Bentley's is a full-service shop specializing in Model A and Model T Fords. They do excellent work and are just great people.
An odometer reading was required by eBay, I entered 1,000 miles. We are unable to provide actual mileage for the truck as it does not have an odometer.
This is a great truck to have if you are wanting to drive one around and appreciate the experience of taking friends and family for a real SUNDAY drive in the country. Perfect for the guy or girl who wants to drive a nice classic car without the cost of a pedigree Blue Ribbon show only truck, worried over every little thing.

The winning bidder will pay a non-refundabledeposit of $500 within 24 hours of auction end. The balance is due to be paid in full within two (2) days of the auction closing. This can be paid via a bank-to-bank transfer, cashier's check or cash if you are able to pick up the truck in person in the 2 day time period.
The winning bidder is welcome to pick up the truck themselves or choose a shipper to deliver the truck - we are happy to meet and work with your shipper to insure you have a safe and timely delivery. Shipping/Delivery is buyer's responsibility, if you need info on shippers, we will be happy tohelp direct you. eBay also has a list of shippers that they recommend.
We understand that timing regarding pick up or delivery may not happen overnight - if necessary, we will be happy to store the truck, free of charge for up to 30 days. After 30 days, a storage fee of $3/day will apply.
