1963 Ford Fairlane Ranch Wagon, modified with 97 Mustang GT subframe and fuel injected 4.6 V8 with T45 5 speed manual trans drivetrain. This car catches attention everywhere it goes, people always give it thumbs up or stop me at gas stops to talk about the car.Engine has 04 PI head/intake swap, all emissions components removed. Dyno tuned through the included SCT X3 tuner. PATS, emissions all removed and custom tuned for the PI head swap. New factory style clutch and Motorsports flywheel, Steeda Triax shifter and Hurst stick for a vintage look. Power rack and pinion steering, hydroboosted 4 whl disk brakes with drilled/slotted rotors. Rear suspension converted to a custom 4 link connected to a freshly rebuilt narrowed Ford Explorer 8.8 rear with a Tracloc and 4:10 gears. 17x8 Black Bullit wheels with new 245/45-17 tires.Inside there is modern heat and A/C grafted into the dash from the Mustang as well as the intermittent wipers and washer. Classic Instruments gauges in a custom bracket to integrate them into the original dash. JVC bluetooth cd player with 4 5x7 speakers in the doors. Exhaust is a Mustang offroad H pipe connected to custom dual exhaust. Wiring harness from the Mustang completely integrated into the car so none of the old wiring remains, no splices. Also uses original Mustang tilt column and Mustang replacement tank with fuel pump. New struts and shocks, windshield, weatherstrips, window seals, window felts and fuzzies all the way around including the tailgate. Floor is fully covered in Dynamat style sound deadener. New carpet and reupholstered interior in red and white marine vinyl, Mustang front seats with headrests removed and reupholstered to match the original interior. New factory style seatbelts added front and rear. There is a small slit in the passenger front seat less that 1" long and not all the way through the material. Also the new door switches need wired up to the dome light.Outside shows the original exterior patina with matte clear coat.Runs and sounds great, the car drives and stops amazingly well. Car is extremely solid structurally, with no rust. The door bottoms, spare tire well and rockers are all rust free with the only issues being thepassenger side rear floor was thin and has been repaired previously with some fiberglass. Also there are some pinholes starting to develop on the lower quarter behind right rear wheel as well as the bottom of the tailgate.Car is for sale locally with a $16,000 asking price and if someone comes remotely close the auction can end early.I don't want any trades, and if you have less than 10 FeedBack Rating don't bid without contacting me first else your bid will be canceled.
