1934 Ford Other Pickups

This is a custom built 1934 Ford Pickup that has won numerous National awards and has been a tested/proven vehicle. The modification below are endless and has had every panel touched or made from scratch. This build took over 2 years to complete and debuted in Sema 2016, went on to win its class at the Grand national roadster show in Pomona, And was Early Truck of the year finalist 2017 with the Good Guys Rod and Custom Association. We would be more then happy to answer any and all question about the build process and vehicle condition. Very few miles were put on this vehicle and is still extremely fresh.
Body:
This build started with a Henry ford Cab and doors. from there it was placed on a custom roadster shop chassis and modified to no end. The cab was chopped when purchased around 3". The chop was repaired correctly and then the rear window was opened 1" taller and 7.5" wider. The lower door skins were replaced with Walden formed skins and metal finished. the fire wall was made from scratch, extended 1" and tilted 3 degrees to match the engine angle. a 32 Car grille was used and a one off aluminum hood was fabricated. The hood has custom quick release fasteners. The cab was then channeled 4" over the frame where the lower rear cab wall was replaced and had the embossing curved to match the body profile. The lower cowl panels were removed and custom made to roll back up to the frame to remove the traditional channeled look. Cowl vent was removed as well as the passenger lock hole. The bed was custom made by brookville and has had the ends capped along with a custom roll pan that doubles as a trunk and has diffuser styling and 50 Pontiac LED tail lights. The bed wood was cut and modified to flip up, exposing storage and the full size optima battery. the bed was left at factory height making the bodyline of the bed flow through the whole truck.
Chassis And Drivetrain:
The chassis was built by the Roadstershop and features Kugel Komponents Front and rear independent suspension with the rear being a winters quick change. The front rails were pinched and the ride height set up low but still drivable with plenty of adjustment up or down. Custom front and rear sway bars were added. the front brakes had custom backing plates with scoops to clean up the setup. Wheels are a custom setup from Schott wheels. 18x10 and 17x8. Engine is a new Chevrolet Performance, LSX454 and 4L80E trans with controller. The engine was customized with Finned valve covers, matching one off valley tray, one off manifolds to fit LS7 heads and Inglese EFI 8 stack injection. Vintage air front runner, one off motor mounts, One off Side exit headers with removable baffles and flush fit tips, Radiator is from Wizard cooling and keeps this setup cool in Arizona summers with the a/c cranked. Removable dual fuel tanks double as belly pans on the underside of the chassis leaving an extremely clean look.
Interior:
Interior was custom built by Hotrod Interiors by Glenn. Leather material throughout with black and red diamond stitched panels. 32 5w dash was covered in leather as well and hold a SoCal gauge cluster filled with one off Speed Hut Gauges. Custom wilwood pedals, Lokar shifter with indicator in bezel, a custom leather wrapped steering wheel attached to a Ididit column finished it off
Paint and details:
Body and paint was done to perfection after the metal finish process was complete. The Chassis was complete worked including all the welds and painted to match the body "Khaos Red". The control arms, engine, drivetrain and other components were Cerakoted Burnt bronze as an accent along with all of the remaining components being chromed or polished. No detail was left unturned while still considering the owner wanted to drive the vehicle.
In the end this vehicle was built to perform. The 627hp and 4 wheel independent adjustable suspension handles and drives like a hi performance sports car while still being comfortable and smooth. Most of the suspension, brakes, and transmission are easily adjustable to fit any driving condition. This vehicle features a Sport mode where you can make the transmission much more aggressive on the fly.
