Description:

1963 Ford Falcon

1963 Ford Falcon introduced halfway through the production year with the addition of a V-8 option. Also offered was the slant back roofline at that time. This is a very solid Falcon originally made in Lorain, Ohio and sold in Boston. It was relocated to Florida then back to New England. Beautiful paint and restoration. Drives just as it was intended to. The brake system was upgraded to disc and works very well. A more modern A/C system was installed for Florida and blows nice and cold. Totally matching numbers car with the original drivetrain. EVERYTHING ON THE CAR WORKS AS IT WAS INTENDED TO, wipers, heater, all lights, locks, directionals, radio, horns, neutral switch, turn signal cancel, interior dash and light, gauges, cigarette lighter (never used), everything. The steering wheel was restored because of a few heat cracks and looks new. The car starts right up and goes to fast idle until warm. Transmission shifts fine and the motor is perfect. The Title shows 37,000 ACTUAL MILES and the previous owner said that is correct. The body is very nice with date coded factory panels and even has the original rocker panels with drain holes. Very nicely detailed and a pleasure to drive, especially with A/C and power steering. Has an optional Sprint tachometer that works well. Dual exhaust has a nice mellow sound and the car is pretty responsive.
