1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1

1970 Mustang Mach 1 Fastback. 351 Cleveland 4 speed. This Car was bought new in here in Anniston, Calhoun County AL at Sunny King Ford. Almost 50 years in the same county. How often do you find that for a car story? Owned from 1972-2015 by the same owner here locally. Car has one older repaint of the factory K Code Bright Gold Metallic. Ginger Interior. Seats have been recovered and dash pad replaced. Believed to be original 46K mile car with gas mileage records that are documented with dates and mileage. Marti Report shows the car came with a 351 Windsor and automatic trans. Currently has 1970/72 351 Cleveland with 4V Heads, 4 speed, Shaker Hood. Has newer decals and Hood Stripe. Has Ford Mufflers on it dated 1970. Has old 15 inch Boss Wheels with Brand new BF Goodrich 235/60R15 Tires with blue still on the white letters. Has Space Saver Tire and Jack. Engine was freshened up in 2016 and has about 500 miles on it since then. It needed valve guides so the entire engine got new bearings, rings, oil pump, etc and painted. I took detailed photos of the complete rebuild. Runs, Shifts, great. Lots of power and great throttle response. New Holley 600 carb with electric choke. Door Panels, Headliner, Fold Down Rear Seat all look nice. Philco AM Radio works. Solid Car, Doors close great. Original quarters. Believed to be all original sheet metal with a floor pan repair shown in the underneath photos. Marti Report says 2539 were K Bright Gold Metallic. Built Sept 1969 in Metuchen, NJ. Has current Alabama Vintage Tag & registration in my name. Please look at the 600 plus photos and videos in the links below.
