Custom 7.3 Turbo Diesel 5 speed ext cab lift solid axle swap rear disc brake

1993 Ford F-250 XLT

Up for sale is a custom built 1993 F250 7.3 liter turbo diesel.

It's has 4 wheel drive and a manual transmission. I swapped the axles to f350 for strength and 4 wheel disc brakes. I also changed the long bed to a short bed for added style. This truck is a one of a kind.

Engine Rebuild

Rebuild was completed 7000 miles ago. No leaks or issues what so ever.

Rebuilt Heads all new valves and valve guides and seals

Crank was resurfaced, piston rods were machined back to OEM spec.

New pistons-40 over.

New lifters.

New camshaft.

New oil pump.

New bearings with complete gasket kit. Truck was driven 500 miles then oil was changed was driven another 1200 then changed it again. The next Oil Change was done after 3,000 miles truck had lost no oil

This truck is super dependable. It fires up on cold mornings regardless of use of heater plug.

Motor comes with and upgraded Banks turbo, producing and extra 40 - 80 extra horsepower over stock.

Vehicle comes with a new radiator, all new hoses, coolant, and fan clutch. New injectors, glow plugs, glow plug module, fuel injector hoses/clamps,along with new injector pump, K&N air filter, and new batteries.

AC system has been recharged, which blows very cold, and heater works well. Both fuel tanks work along with fuel gauge. Cruise control also works everything on this truck works as it should including all lights

Transmission:

5 speed manual transmission. Shifts smooth, with ease and feels solid. Trans has a New Luke clutch and flywheel installed, along with a new slave and master cylinder kit.

Axles:

2001 F350 dana 60 front axle and f350 rear axel with disc brakes, also with F350 leaf springs, with a four inch lift. They have been completely gone through and serviced. There are not any signs of wear on the ring and pinion gear. The front axle has new brake calipers, brake pads, tie rods with new locking hubs.and new sway bar links. With 3:73. Track bar & sway bar links were add we also put new tie rod ends and drag link new knuckle in the axle shafts. The truck sets about the same height as a new Ford would. we could add any accessories that you would like to be able to get in the truck easier or molding on the side of the truck we left the canvas blank for you to customize it as you see fit.

The rear axle has new e-brake cables, brake pads, with a new speedometer sensor. The drive line is new built by Woody's driveshaft.

All four shocks are new, along with the stabilizer shock. Rims and tires are off a 2018 F350 with only 800 miles on them. Wheels are free of any scratches. Tires are 10 ply Firestone Transforce LT 265/60/R20.

Body:

The body has a new three stage paint job. Painted black with a high gloss clear. The paint job included the inside of the fenders, door jams, and under the hood. Paint sanded and buffed.The truck is free of any rust. the truck was completely stripped to paint all windows were removed doors were stripped to give it a very quality paint job. he did three to four coats on the clear coat so you have many years of buffing and we used a very high-quality product. The pictures do not show justice of the beauty in the paint work. Also has new grill, new headlights, and new headlight bezels. New electric heated mirrors. New Black with Amber LED lights we're also installed on the roof and new stainless steel fender molding. Truck was also converted to a 7 foot bed. Frame was cut behind the cab welded and then plated with a heavy duty plate welds are a 22 degree angle they are not vertical. Truck has no dogleg drive straight and true. The bed that was used is very straight and absolutely no rust

Interior:

The interior is very clean. An extensive amount of time was done removing each piece and individually cleaning each piece. We gutted the interior cleaned it from floor to ceiling and carpet cleaned it. All the way down to the seatbelts are cleaned. The driver seat has a wear mark in the fabric, please refer to picture. There is high-quality vinyl added to the door panels for Comfort on your arms and a little bit on the dash not because it's cracked and broke up just to give it a little bit of color variation and to add a small Touch Of a Modern feel. Truck has new door weather molding and window weather molding. The wing windows are in excellent condition open and close with ease and seal weather-tight. This truck is very airtight very quiet inside while driving.

You can buy the truck with confidence with the workmanship. It's strength has been tested. It pulled 12000 lbs after the rebuild of the engine through the rocky mountains without EGT temps not exceeding over 800 degrees. Many new parts were put on this truck I tried to remember them all. It still looks brand new in person as it does in the pictures.
