Description:
1932 Ford BANTAM FUEL ALTERED
Very interesting history on this one. Well-known drag racer Donny Russell was building a AA/FA approximately 4 or more decades ago, when there was a rule change that caused him to hang this chrome moly tube chassis in the ceiling of his shop. The chassis remained there untouched until just recently. PURE HEAVEN and PURE HELL would have been the VERY FAMOUS cousins of this abandoned attempt at constructing a FUEL ALTERED. Pure Heaven and Pure Hell were 92 inch wheelbase cars running a 32 bantam Roadster body. This one may have been 92 or 96 inches, hard to tell without any axles or suspension. Well-built and includes the Austin Bantam grille shell, but NO Austin Bantam roadster body. The CHASSIS in the photos is exactly the same as when the project as abandoned. More than likely the roadster would have had a blown 392 Chrysler HEMI, but there is no engine or transmission or rear end or front end. PayPal deposit of $200 required within 24 hours. The balance is due when the chassis is picked up -- BRING CASH. I can allow one week for pickup, but if special arrangements are made, I will hold for one month. This chassis is listed locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. NO TITLE.Vehicle Details:
