1965 Ford Mustang GT350 Tribute

When you take a nicely finished 1965 Ford Mustang and upgrade it to a Shelby GT350 tribute, the result is something special. So look over the shining pant, A/C interior, V8 power, and all the other extras you get with this distinct and well-presented classic. The factory-correct Rangoon Red was given a professional modern respray, and that sets the tone nicely for this sporty coupe. After all, the deep clear coat luster gives this a great presence... in the sunshine, and it really highlights the straight body lines. But you want this one for far more than its radiant red. It has a ton of the right upgrades to make it look like a Mustang GT and a Shelby machine, including the dual lights in the grille, hood scoop, side scoops, and exhaust coming out of the rear valance. And that white stripe package is done exceptionally well. That's why it starts below the front bumper, runs all the way over the car (including the roof,) and it doesn't stop until under the rear valance. Of course, the matching GT350 side stripes are a must-have for a proper tribute. Inside the white and red theme continues. But where the exterior is built for competition, the interior is much more about comfort and luxury. You know this the moment you open the door and lay eyes on the premium "Pony" package bucket seats. The red here goes nicely with the door panels, carpeting, headliner, dash, and upgraded center console with armrest and cup holders. The wood and chrome steering wheel has a great vintage feel, and it coordinates nicely with paneling on the glove box and gauge surrounds. Plus, with an AM/FM/cassette stereo and cold-blowing air conditioning, this is a truly terrific anytime cruiser. Under the hood is 289 cubic-inch V8 that's dressed to impress the Shelby crowd. It has the Cobra air cleaner and Cobra valve covers boldly sitting on top of the big blue block. The way this one fires up readily lets you know this has been maintained properly. The V8 inhales deeply with a four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with authority thanks to headers that feed the newer stainless dual exhaust. And this throaty GT350 tribute is good to drive on the road thanks to features like the C4 three-speed automatic transmission and the upgraded Ridler 17-inch wheels that allow for fitting proper modern performance tires. Complete with owner's manual, this is a great-looking Shelby tribute with all the right features. So don't let this opportunity pass you by, call today!
