I'm selling my 1958 Ford Thunderbird. This car is very rare with only 2134 produced in 1958. This car was completely restored 29 years ago. Rebuilt engine, rebuilt transmission, new convertible top, new interior matching the 1958 factory standard, re-chrome all brightwork and complete paint matching factory colors. This car came equipped with a 352 CID "Interceptor Special V-8" engine. Rated at 300 horsepower, this was a good sized power plant for 1958 standards. 1958 was the 1st year the Ford Thunderbird was available with a rear seat. This made the 1958 a 4 passenger car to be known as the "Square bird". The new Thunderbirds were 16 inches longer than the 1957. The 1958 T-bird convertible was not available until June 1958.
