1966 Ford Mustang Standard

I am now selling a 1966 Mustang convertible. I bought her about 4 years ago as a rusty shell for $1200 I recall off craigslist and it was in New York state. The car now sits with almost all the rusty metal repaired or replaced. The car needed the typical center unibody repairs so I sent the car to a professional that replaced..Inner and outer rocker panels.two full length floor panelsthe two convertible reinforcement boxes, front torque boxesand the front frame rail extension (or floor supports )which are not yet welded back into place and you can see them sitting inside the car in the pictures attached.I then spent much more money purchasingNew:Front fendersDoorshoodtrunk lidFront valencesrear GT styled valence.I did not replace the quarters because they were replaced sometime before my ownership and while they no longer appear new, they both have dents, they are completely salvageable.I know that ( and you can see) the front apron on the drivers side is a little wrinkled, and probably should be replaced
Now What I was going to do next was install a rebuilt accurate 1966 289 I have for the car, then button up the rest of the mechanical stuff and then ship the car off to a Maaco type dealer and pay probably 2000/3000 to fit the panels nicely(I just bolted them into place), repair the quarter panels and paint the car back to its original Signal Flare red color.
What I do have for the car that is not photographed is the front headlight assembly and surrounds. Please note the new trunk lid is also inside the car (it is photoed) as the one on the car has a dent too. It probably can be fixed but when I was spending all the money on the car I was, I figured what the heck to another $100.
Now anyone who knows what they are looking at should know I have like $6000 I invested in the car!! And I dont expect to recover that but I will say that I just sold a1964.5 convertible for in the 2000 range, that this car should be bringing $4000. and thats what it is gunna take to purchase this fine automobile.
