1994 Ford F-250 Utility Body Truck, F-Series XL, 2WD – 2-Wheel Drive, Regular Cab, Ford 7.3 Liter V8 16V OHV Diesel Engine, Automatic Transmission w/Overdrive, Hydraulic Brakes, Spring Suspension, Air Conditioning – Heat - Defrost, Manual Windows, Manual Locks, Manual Vinyl Seats, Rubber Floor, Trailer Light Plug, Rawson-Koenig Utility Body Model# T-56 Serial # 101966, 133” Wheelbase, Owner’s Manual, GVWR – 8,600#, GAWR Front – 3,690#, GAWR Rear – 6,084#, 235/85R16 Tires, 16 x 7.0 Rims, VIN: 1FTHF25M3RNB15801, 109,398 Miles.

Negatives about truck:

1. Transmission seems to be slowly going out, truck will move in drive but it is labored and slipping at time, must be revved up to move but gets better once speed is gained, 1st and 2nd gears are to the worst but once it gets into 3rd and high gear it seems to do a lot better, I also had more success manually shifting the transmission into each gear, once in high gear truck runs normally and will go normal highway speeds (may need rebuilding or replaced but could possibly just need servicing because it has been sitting for a few years not being used).

2. Rust showing through on the front side of hood in one place, front grill is faded, bumper is scratched and dinged up with some surface rust coming through, headlights are hazed over.

3. Decals from prior ownership can still be seen on truck where removed with some scratches and dents.

4. Driver’s side wiper blade missing.

5. Rawson-Koenig Body is good shape with some dents, scratches and surface rust in places.

6. Passenger side door panel is not secured and will fall off, the interior door handle is missing but the cable can be pulled to open the door, the window handle is also missing, door opens and closes fine.

7. Bench seat is not in great condition with holes in various places, headliner is falling, steering wheel cover is torn, light switch pull handle missing, radio missing, cracks in dash.

8. Truck only has one battery in photo but will have two batteries when picked up by the buyer.

This truck until last week was owned by a local public works department in our neighboring State of Louisiana which is about 110 miles from our location. It was used by the public works department since new in 1994 (see link for current auto-check history report), no salvage, flood or major damage history and has been on a fleet maintenance program since new, it sat idle not being used for a few years before they decided to sell it! We purchased the utility truck directly from the public works department along with several other items, not from an auction, dealer or broker, simply turning this one and several more into cash. After purchasing we checked the fluids, loaded it up, and hauled it back to our location (110 miles), we then checked the fluids again, cleaned it and then took photographs/video for eBay.The truck cranks right up on its own battery power, engine is very strong with good oil pressure, not running hot, not slobbering or using oil, transmission has issues (see highlighted section), brakes are good, tire condition is good and can clearly be seen in the photos, the utility truck body has a few dings, dents and scratches around it but is in overall good condition, a/c is not blowing cold but heat is blowing hot, we have not spent any time doing a 100 point inspection on things like lights, bulbs, etc., currently has no warning light on the dash, the engine runs fine, doesn’t run hot or leak any fluids, thing we need to point out are mostly about interior which is listed above in yellow, regardless of condition we are selling unit AS IS and with absolutely NO RESERVE–

Please remember the truck has been worked out of by a public works department employee and is not brand new - is over 24 years old but does run well, transmission has issues as listed above but truck will drive down the road, miles are low for the age and it seems to still have plenty of life left in it once the transmission issue is resolved, again, regardless we are selling it with the truck as also selling AS IS. The truck did sit idle not being used for a little over a year after its new replacement came in, we would suggest a good servicing and lubing from one end to the other, probably must replace some bulbs, wiper blades, etc.! It is being sold with a clean-clear title and bill of sale.
