You are looking at a VERY RARE Special Order P-code 390 - 4V 330HP Interceptor equipped 1963-1/2 Galaxie 500 XL. This car is rough and not for the faint of heart! It needs a full restoration, but is an extremely rare car as optioned with the P-code Engine and an Automatic Transmission and LOADED with all of the optional equipment it has.
This could also be a GREAT parts car for your 1963-1/2 Galaxie 500XL with all of the equipment it has on it.
This P-code Galaxie came equipped with the aforementioned 390-4V 330HP Interceptor engine and a Cruise-O-Matic Transmission with a 3.00 geared rear.
Being an XL it came with Bucket Seats and Center Console as well as Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, AM-FM Radio, Electric Clock, etc.
This car is missing the engine and original wheels as well as the passenger rear window mechanism.
The bucket seat frames are in good shape in the car.
This car is somewhat of an oddity as most P-Code cars you see are manual transmission cars and the Cruise-O-Matic is not often seen behind one.
This was a Special Order car and one has to wonder if that has something to with the Special Order Status.

This car is a big restoration project and the price reflects that; but could really be a Dynamite Parts car to upgrade your existing car with the options on this car.
This car will come with a Ga Bill of Sale as vehicles this old do require titles in this state.
I am going to give someone a chance at the entire project car first; but should it not find a home with a new owner I will part this car out at some point.
