1952 Ford Truck Rat Rod
1952 Ford Other Pickups
This listing is for a 1952 Ford truck that started out as an F-3.Currently, it sits on a 1994 Chevrolet S10 frame. This was street driven until June 2. The engine and transmission were removed for another project.
It is being sold as is with no engine, transmission, or radiator. It was set up for a big block Chevy and manual trans, but a small block Chevy will slide right in.
In fact, just about anything will fit right in. Chevy, Ford, Pontiac, Cadillac, Chevy LS or LT, whatever...
I can tell you this thing was a BLAST to drive when I had the 454 and Muncie 4 speed in it. It weighs next to nothing. So, anything over 200 HP will make this thing mighty zippy. It got a lot of attention when when I drove it.
There is no front end sheet metal other than a radiator support and a 1932 Ford car grille and some headlightsNew front wheel calipers, front brake hoses, brake pads, front tires (300 miles on them), gauges, windshield, windshield and back glass rubber seals, tail lights, headlights, grille shell, and many more smaller items.
Take a good look at the images and ask questions if you are interested. This truck was intentionally left rusty to have the rat rod look. There are no side windows or wipers.
