1929 Ford Model A

Up for sale is my 1929 Ford Model A Delivery. I received the car on trade just over a year ago and have spent time up to now fixing and rebuilding things that needed attention. Not a show car, has imperfections, it’s a hot rod ready to enjoy. All steel body painted with tinted bedliner, yes bedliner. I received it this way and liked it because the body will not rust and it looks like it was pulled from a field and mounted to a running chassis. It has the vintage, patina'd look. Few dints and dings but nothing major, looks used and weathered as intended.

New windshield and rear glass with new seals, door glass is good. New 32 headlights with integrated turn signals and polished stainless headlight bar, new 34 chrome tail lights and new chrome gas cap. Chassis is boxed Model A with MII independent front suspension with disc brakes, new springs and shocks, painted gloss black. Chassis Engineering 4 link rear with new coilovers, 8" Ford with highway gear and drums, painted gloss black. Rear proportioning valves. Chassis sits on gloss black powder coated 16" Ford wires with new 32 'V/8' caps wrapped in Excelsior radials,500/16 front and 700/16 rear.

a mid 70's stock 350 SBC with HEI and 350 Turbo dressed nicely with polished finned accessories with black inserts. Chrome water neck, polished overflow tank. Electric fan. New Holley 650, plug wires, valve covers, breather and wire looms. Stock exhaust manifolds welded to 4” exhaust turnouts with built in muffler that exit in front of rear wheels under the running boards.15 gal gas tank mounted between frame rails, accessed under pass. seat. Newer battery also mounted between frame rails.

Car has been completely rewired with a 12 circuit harness mounted under dash. All electrical works as it should, headlights, brake lights, turn signals, high and low beam, license plate light, all gauges are new and function as they should (speedo, Moon tach, water, oil, volt and fuel).

Interior is brand new, top to bottom, black vinyl and carpet. New door, kick, side and rear panels. New headliner and header panel. New bound carpet with carpet pad. Newly recovered and reconditioned 65 Mustang buckets with functioning tracks. Doors have pockets for storage, chrome handles and escutcheons. Home made Hurst type tall shifter with new boot and chrome ring and Black Bakelight knob. New steel 32 dash with Auburn turned insert, new Auto Meter retro gauges. New banjo steering wheel with quick disconnect. Chrome Moon tach mounted to Speedway column, machined column drop. Column has a hard column wrap to match the carpet. New chrome spoon gas pedal. Ignition, lights and signals are mounted under the dash. New chrome rear view mirror with shrunken head. Chrome peep mirrors both sides and windshield tilts out as it should.

Car is an attention whore and a blast to drive and have fun with. Keep in mind, this is not a Cadillac, it’s almost 100 years old so it makes noises and rides like a hot rod not a luxury car. If you own a distillery or nostalgic attraction/business this car is perfect for advertising. Clear OHIO title in my name, ready to go, can be driven on highway at 70+ all day/night. May consider pre 72 trade plus cash my way. Absolutely no bikes or boats.
