Up for auction is a gorgeous show quality 1931 Ford Model A five window coupe. The roof has been chopped and provides it a classy look over factory roof height. It has been channeled to drop the height of the body down for an aggressive stance. The body and frame are both original and have been modified to best suit a hot rods appearance. The firewall has been smoothed for a sleek exposed appearance. The shocks, springs, and mounting brackets are all chrome plated and shine almost as much as the paint! The chrome plated independent Corvette rear suspension creates a smooth satisfying ride. It is equipped with 3:50 gears that is matched perfectly to the vehicle. The cast front axle is also chrome plated and looks perfect next to the chrome plated starter, pullies, and many other chrome items in and around the engine bay. The 355 cubic inch V-8 chevy small block engine is an impressive powerplant that will leave you smiling from ear to ear! There is no shortage of power with its performance cam, tunnel ram, and dual four barrel carburetors. The transmission relays the power via a shift kit and ratchet shifter. Vehicle does not have an odometer and mileage is inaccurate on this listing, but engine and trans have very low miles. Mounted on the centerline wheels is a new set of tires. The real treat is in the paint! The body is coated with custom flip flop pearl metal flake paint that would make the flashiest of bass boats jealous. It is a head turner and changes colors at a moments notice. Some of the windows are custom etched. It really is a head turner and would make a great show car!
