Heres the story of this Fastback, Ms. Eiler of phoenix arizona wanted a Mustang in 1966, so she went to her local ford dealer and was introduced to the all new 1967 Ford Mustang which was much more muscular then its previous 1966 body style, she Immidietlyfell in love and ordered one right away, she ordered it candy apple red with red interior with the 2+2 option, she wanted a 289 and an automatic transmission, she added on air conditioning and a center console from the factory, that is this car and it is being offered for sale for the very first time since it was new.
Yes this is a 1 owner car! after enjoying this mustang for 51 years Ms.eiler is ready to part with it, the money will be used for her medical bills, if it werent for her medical bills this car would never be for sale, at least not in her lifetime.
So for the first time since new, we are offering for sale at no reserve this gorgeous 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback, in 5 days the highest bidder will own this pony car.
After careful thought and consideration we have decided to list the car at no reserve, why you ask? we thought it would be fun, that was the reason why ms. eiler bought the car in the first place, she wanted a fun car for roadtrips which she took often with this car, her most fond memorys were with this vary vehicle and she has enjoyed owning it all of this time, she has taken this car to california, new mexico, rocky point mexico, and lots of other places over the years and it was always a joy to drive for her, with that being said we will entertain reasonable offers before the auction ends, feel free to call and make an offer.
This mustang is very original, has never been in an accident, has never seen snow, and has almost always been garage kept.
It is nice and solid throughout, has been repainted once its entire life and was done professionally, and is honestly still stunning till this day, below are TONS of photos of the car which will speak for themselfs, the car is super clean, super original, and is ready to be enjoyed.
It is powered by its original V8 289 engine, the transmission is also its original C4 automatic, the car starts right up and sounds great, it is a joy to drive and it runs great, the air conditioner does work but is not blowing as cold as it should so it should be recharged, we recently had a new water pump installed and had the entire brake system redone totalling over $2000 in parts and labor.
The interior is in very nice condition, has no rips or tears on the seats, has nice carpet, the door panels are in good shape, as well as the headliner dashpad and center console.
