I have a custom built 1975 Ford F-150 Ranger long bed 2WD diesel with a Supercharged Detroit 4-53 non turbo with an Allison transmission (not sure of the model). This is currently registered in California (smog exempt) vehicle. I purchased this truck this way. I did not do any of the build myself. I have owned it for about 2 years and dont use it enough so i am selling in. Vehicle is extremely unique, one of a kind. You can run just about anything as fuel on these engines from what i am told. Most everything is functional on truck, but could use a few small things. New starter solenoid, bigger brakes, new bigger tires. Truck will do about 55 to 65 on freeway, which is why i say it could use bigger tires. Was mostly used as a Sunday driver.
