1 of 185 made and only 9,970 miles.....1993 Mustang Cobra in teal with black interior and no sunroof. If you are a 1993 Cobra enthusiast, you understand what this car is in terms of rarity.
All VIN tags in place and no issues with CD player, A/C or power seat. No undercoating on this car and it has a brand new set of ZR tires on it. I am not aware of another teal/black/non sunroof cars with lower mileage than mine.
I have the original sales contract, financing paperwork, window sticker and SVT certificate and other misc. paperwork. The car recently won "best original Mustang" at a car show in March.The car is bone stock....just as it came from the factory. Yes, even the exhaust system and everything underneath the hood. It was originally a CA car sold at Magic Ford.
The Carfax shows a mileage discrepancy, but it was clearly a typographical error in 1998. CA MVD inputed the mileage incorrectly, nearly 40,000 excess, but corrected the mileage a year later during its next emissions inspection. It was titled in AZ with an odometer reading of 9,550.
The vehicle did have paint work done to the drivers door and front bumper. The story is the vehicle sustained the damage to the door while parked inside the owners garage during the Northridge Earthquake in 1994. You cannot tell the door has been painted. The license plate holes on the front bumper were patched and repainted at some point. It's not the greatest job done, but can easily be corrected.
