1965 mustang fastback C code (original 289 automatic car). The car has been media blasted and very minor rust repairs to rear panels and lower doors. This was professionally done. The body is laser straight. The car has a very expensive paint job done by Miranda Customs in Phoenix, Arizona. They specialize in high quality restorations. The car has a 1966 grille and gauge bezel. All new gauges. Everything works as it should with the exception of the speedometer. The car does not have a/c or heat (I live in Az). Vintage air could be added very easily. It does not have power steering. Anyone that has driven these old mustangs knows the steering the manual steering is not bad at all.All of the brakes. 4 wheel drum brakes received new shoes, new wheel cylinders, new hoses, new brake lines front to rear, updated power brake booster, and new drums on the rear. It has a crate 302 used a 1991 mustang gt for the wiring, fuel lines, EFI swap and accessories. The car has a new fox body radiator with a nice electric fan (the car runs around 190 degrees daily driving it in Az). The engine is a new crate setup (5000 miles or less) with a GT40/explorer upper and lower intake, bbk cold air intake, silicone hoses, new long tube headers, offered H-pipe into flow master mufflers. It has a new clutch less than 1000 miles ago. It has been upgraded to a mini torque starter with the 5 speed swap. The T5 shifts as good as any that I have driven. It has aluminum driveshaft that works perfectly. This car runs and drives as good as any old car that I've had, you can drive this old car everyday. Tires and wheels are brand new. There is on tiny rock chip by the trunk. I can provide the paint code for touch ups. Send me your email for better pictures. I just took them in my old warehouse and the lighting wasn't great. I'm hoping to add some after the weekend in the sun. The car is an excellent turn key resto mod that can be driven anywhere. I travel a lot (gone this weekend), but have access to emails and ebay messaging. $500 non refundable deposit is expected at close of auction. Full payment 5 days after auction.
