I don't know where to start other than saying this 1970 Mustang is just absolutely phenomenal! It has been the recipient of a NO expense spared full restoration. As you will see by my feed back and my showroom I'm a diehard Chevy guy but just one look at this awesome Mustang and I knew it had to be in my building!
This car is turn key ready to drive, show and enjoy! I have been driving this car around town and I gotta tell you it's as good as they come! This car is well built, with a lot of attention to not only detail but performance and dependability as well. (Money on top of money has been thrown at this car!)
I was told this car has been completed less than 7 years has been garage kept in a climate controlled facility and as the pictures will show still shows excellent and has been driven very little and pampered since its completion. (Driven less than 7,500 miles since completion nice weather only!)
This is no "pony" its a full grown horse! The built bored and stroked aluminum headed 351 Windsor boasts an awesome sound through the polished stainless steal exhaust like no other and puts awesome traction breaking power to the BF Goodrich tires through a top loader 4 speed transmission and a 3:73 geared Ford 9 inch rear end! It is estimated at approx 500hp on pump gas! It is an adrenaline rush, thrill and pleasure to drive! This car runs strong, handles top of the line and hits the road as good as any! Smooth and tight, runs cool NO mechanical issues or problems! (Comes with a stack of misc receipts, engine, cam specs etc)
Equipped with power steering, power disc brakes, tach, gauges, am/fm/mp3 stereo, Hurst shifter, magnum wheels, BF Goodrich tires (approx 80% tread remaining) Edlebrock performance aluminum head, aluminum Edlebrock intake, Edlebrock carb, Ford rev limiter box, MSD ignition, Boss 302 striping, Aluminum radiator, Aluminum flywheel, fuel tank, battery (battery moved to trunk) etc.
During the restoration the car received ALL new driveshaft & u joints, hoses, belts, lines gaskets, lights, lenses, bezels,spoilers, chrome, stainless, glass, seats, carpet, door panels, head liner, steering wheel, seat belts, gauges, clutch pressure plate, dash, stereo, exhaust, wheels, shocks, springs, rotors, calipers, brake hardware, etc etc YOU NAME IT IT WAS EITHER REPLACED NEW OR RESTORED TO LIKE NEW! (NOTHING OVERLOOKED! A WELL BUILT, WELL PUT TOGETHER CAR!)
ALL lights, wipers, gauges, interior lights, signals, signals in scoop, radio, work properly (Horn does not work) $$$$$$!!!! SPENT!!!
Very solid rust free southern Georgia car!! NO signs of rust! Very clean undercarriage and nicely detailed throughout.
The paint is absolutely brilliant, slick as glass, razor straight and offers a mile deep mirror reflection and looks wet! I would rate the paint a very strong 8.5 on a 1 to 10 scale with a 10 being perfect (Keeping in mind I'm picky and don't rate any cars paint perfect and that the car has been driven and enjoyed and has normal wear) (See the video were I will honestly point out the flaws which is only about 4, BUT there is nothing that would make you not wanna own this car or be proud of it!)
