1927 Ford Model T Hot Rod Rat Rod
1927 Ford Model T
please read carefully! I am selling this for a friend of mine and this is her description. I am only listing this for her becauseshe knows nothing about selling on e bay......... my husband passed away in October and this was what he called his rat rod. my daughter and I are moving back out of state and I cannot take this car with me. I have been advised to put a reserve on it but I have just decided to sell it to the highest bidder. I have other matters to take care of also. This is all I can tell you about the car. it had not been out of the guarage until this photo was taken. I am proud to say it started right up. we took it to a few local shows and it got a lot of attention. it has air ride suspension, it is I think a 283 cheverolet engine, it is an automatic transmission. It has a lokar shifter.it has switches on the dash that let the car go up and down, side to side, and it will sit on the ground too.I have went through receipts and found over $5500.00 in parts and such. I know the air system and bags were expensive. he also had the seats redone, they were not cheap either.my brother-in law has helped me explain about the parts that go with the car. a continental kit, power windows kit, srereo with speakers, lots of rubber trim, a tachometer, three other gauges, a new fuel sending unit, it has a new polished aluminum fuel tank,It has a aluminum radiator with an electric fan,a pair of trim rings, front and rear fenders(steel), the fenders are just sitting on the wheels so you can get the effect of what they will look like.there are a pair ofwindow cranks. If there are anything else I will also box them too. all parts will be bubble wrappe, boxed and taped so they will not be scratched or damaged during transport. there are box parts looks like from jeggs, summit, macks model a@t"s, ect.I will ship this car any where at your expense or you can come and pick it up.all the glass is in the car except on the drivers side.I do have i, it is in paper. my husband took the broke one out and got a knew one. I have been told to say the car has no patch panels or bondo in the cowl, doors or body. I know my husband went to Arizona just to get the body. it also has a steel custom 32 shell. the tires are also new.My husbandhad big ideas and intentions for this hot rod or rat rod as he would say. The tail lights are led.if you have any more questions, email me your number and I will have your call returned or I will email youmy number.maybe my brother in law can answer what questions you have. I thank you in advance for bidding on this little hot rod. I wished I could have seen it finished.maybe some one can take it and finish it onout like it should be.I am going to start the auction at the price of the partsreceipts I have found.I would like to have a $500.00 deposit on the car from the high bidder within 3 days of auctions end and balance due within 7 days of auctions end. This car is being sold with "NO RESERVE"!! thank you for your interest and time.
