1969 Ford Bronco

Carefully handcrafted 1969 Ford 4-Door Bronco. Frame is

stretched 33" to add second row of front seats with a bench in back . All seat mounts are built and Installed to manage 4 stock front Bronco seats and 1 rear bench. Body and frame were reinforced to handle the extra frame length, body is painted with Black SEM Primer to prevent rusting. Frame is sanded and painted with black satin HRT paint

Body: repurposed original rear quarter section. it was sand blasted and primed. Rear quarter panels were drilled out and replaced the rest is new sheet metal. We built custom floor pans and bracing to look like stock design. Includes doors, hood, Grille, tailgate, fenders hood latch and hood hydraulic shocks. Primed with black and gray epoxy DTM primer.

Frame: 1969 chassis stretched 33" reinforced with 1/4" x4" plate 4' long. Sanded and painted satin frame black all stock mounts have been retained. One set of stock body mounts were added for extra body length.

Suspension: 2.5" lift kit front and rear with shocks and complete bushing kit. Front axle Dana 44 with factory drum brakes.

Tires/Wheels: 17" black 8.5 vision 398 Manx rim

tires 275/70-17 BF Goodrich new

Roll Cage: 1-3/4" .120 wall 8 points of attachment. Primed with gray DTM primer

Bumpers: cad design and laser cut and ben, welded and sanded

Primed with black DTM primer.

This is a nice rolling chassis ready for any style of project.
