Up for sale is an amazing original 2-owner 1970 Bronco Sport with only 65k miles, verified by second owner. Still wearing it's original and beautiful Candy Apple factory paint with no rust showing, this is a truly amazing find. Rarely if ever will you find a first generation Bronco this original and well preserved; this one is a keeper. Original factory Ownercard and Owner's Manuel are included with the sale, clear matching title in hand.
The body has no apparent rust; the vehicle has been loved and properly maintained it's entire life. The paint is the original ORIGINAL T-code Candy Apple Red and still in shinny, beautiful condition as you can see; there is nothing hidden. The Bronco features the rare factory Sport Package which includes additional trim and brightwork, as well as the Bronco side emblems. Glass, trim, etc. are in excellent condition, as you can see. Original 15'' Ford steel wheels with later 70's 4x4 hubcaps are mounted with 80% mud and snow tires. Original spare wheel and tire are mounted on the optional swing-away carrier...it still has original cable to limit swing travel. Original flip-down rear license plate bracket designedto run with tailgate down is still present. The vintage rear flares are the only body parts repainted to more closely match the factory body paint.
The interior upholstery is restored and in beautiful condition, as you can see. The steering wheel and the dash pad are original and are in perfect condition, not a crack. The interior also features a very nice original headliner, wiper motor cover, visors, etc. The dash itself is unmodified and in beautiful condition. The glove box door is original and still wears the ID tag and 4x4 instruction tag. The ignition door and rear hatch keys are original ( 2 sets ). You will find 1970 Bronco Owner's Manuel inside the glove box as well.
Factory options include the rare Sport package, body side mouldings, rocker panel moldings, dual fuel tanks, swing-away rear spare tire carrier,AM radio, HD suspension, 3.50 ratio limited slip front and rear axles, locking front hubs, heavy duty suspension, and factory skid plates. Out of only 16,750 Bronco wagons built in 1970, only about one fourth were ordered with the factory Sport package. How many are left???
