1939 Ford Panel Delivery in Pristine Condition

This is a concours frame off restored true Florida native and has been our favorite. This incredible Ford Panel Delivery Truck boasts the correct Demonstrator Yellow color that it was born with.You will be hard pressed to find a better example anywhere. One of the last ones of two hundred made that year.because all of the metal needed to go towards the war effort. The restoration expenses far surpass the offering price. Photos are honest and were taken the day of this listing. This 39 Ford Panel is being offered from a private collection in Sarasota Florida USA.

The Panel has been lovingly restored to original and is in excellent condition. Old world metal work leading and wood working skills were applied to make this car flawless. Professionally maintained and kept in ready to drive condition at all times. Very clean solid car. This is an amazing 79 year old car. No expense spared to build, maintain and store this rare Ford.

Drives: The car starts and drives excellent.

Engine: Original Ford Flathead V8. .engine starts right up with no hesitation and idles smooth. No leaks, No Smoke, Does not overheat...

There are two engines with this vehicle. The original with correct serial number and the engine presently in the truck. That came out of a 1939 Ford Panel Truck Pennsylvania Steel Mill Ambulance that had less than 400 total miles on it.

Seats are also originally from the ambulance aforementioned.

Transmission rebuilt as well...Transmission and Clutch are in perfect working order.Both in excellent condition.

The undercarriage is absolutely pristine. All original wood or from that year for the rear floor. All new original wiring. New brakes, lines and cylinders. The rear compartment shows excellent. The body is absolutely laser straight with no negative issues. Trim and bright work are wonderfully presented.

Brakes: The brakes were gone through in 2015 and are in perfect working order.

We'll be selling a couple well kept treasures from our East Coast private collection.
