For sale is a RARE big window 1961 F100 Pickup. This is a mechanically solid driving truck. The trucks engine has been updated to a modern fuel injected 2008 Bullet Mustang 4.6 liter with 60k miles on the engine. Engine modifications include a Ford Hot Rod Cam and Chains, 62lbs fuel injectors, BBK headers, Dual flowmaster exhaust, custom radiator and fans, new PCM, and a new Engine Harness. Transmission is a 5 Speed mustang transmission as well. The interior of the truck has all been updated except for the headliner. That includes a NEW TMI bench seat and bracket, carpet and Steering wheel. The dashboard has the original speedometer along with a new vintage style speedo and tach to the side with a digital read out. All new functioning A/C system. Rear end is a 2004 8.8 rear end with Auburn Pro series limited slip unit. 4 wheel disc brakes. Rack and Pinion steering. Ididit chrome tilt steering column. Custom drive shaft that is seamless with hardened joints. All the weather stripping and seals on the cab windows have been replaced with new rubbers and are in great condition. Front suspension is from a 1990 Jaguar car. Wheels and tires are staggered 20'' Coy Wheels with a 9'' wide front on a 245/40/20 tire and the rear a 11'' wide wheel on a 315/35/20 tire. The fuel tank has been relocated to the rear of the frame and now has the fuel door filler at the rear of the bed floor. The bed floor has a spray in bedliner installed. The hood is a one-off custom built cowl hood and patina painted back to match the original paint on the exterior of the truck.
Again, this truck was built to be a reliable driving truck, and is in great condition. Currently has over 5,000 miles on the truck since the build was completed.
