I have listed a Model A project that needs completed. It has no title and is being sold as parts which it basically is. It is mostly 28-29 parts. The engine has no number so the VIN comes from the frame and it is Sept. 1928. It is not a pickup cab. The cowl is from a four door, the cab back is 28-29 and there are no doors. The engine turns by hand, has a starter and carb. I have not tried to start
