Hello, up for bid is my extra clean 1965 ford galaxie 500 two door hardtop. This is a numbers matching car. Has the numbers matching 352 V8 engine and automatic transmission. Runs nice and smooth as it should. Car is turn key and fires right up. The automatic transmission shifts smooth and excellent. Car drives straight and handles nicely.Car is well maintained and believed to have 39,000 actual miles. Car is very clean and spent its life garage kept in Washington. Car drives straight and handles nicely. Rides very smooth down the road. Car even drives out great on the freeway doing 70 MPH and brakes stop nice. Has nice factory dual exhaust that exits the rear but has little exhaust manifold leak. The body is clean and straight from Washington. Still has the Washington plates on it. Bright red paint is older but has a good shine. It has chips, scratches, dings, etc that have been touched up. It was repainted about 10 years ago. The doors all shut nice and chrome looks great and bumpers are nice and bright. All glass is excellent, even the front windshield is like new. The redline wheel caps look great on the car. It has a nice stance and looks good. Does have a oil pan gasket leak. This is a good driver quality car that is ready to be enjoyed. The interior is in nice original condition and shows well. The dash is good and original. Seats are nice with no major wear. Panels, carpet and headliner all look nice as well. Please take a look at pictures. Everything seems to work as it should. All lights, turn signals, interior lights, wipers, am radio, horn and even warm heat works good. It has original spare and jack. The underside is very clean as you can see from pictures.
