1940 Ford Woody Deluxe

Up for bids is a rare 1940 Ford Deluxe Woody Project originally a California Woody purchased there in 2004. Most of the mechanical work is complete and it is pretty much ready for the wood work to start. Work to this point includes a new crate 350 Chevy engine with new alum intake, new carburetor, new alternator, new starter, new Mallory ignition, new crate 400 Turbo, new Mustang II front suspension with disc brakes and power rack & pinion steering, new Power Brake booster installed, Chevy Nova rear end with parabolic leaf springs, tilt column, gauge cluster is completely done and upgraded to 12 volts, wiring harness is 70% complete, the cowl and dash are painted, new floorpan is installed, new custom built brass radiator installed, all new accessories on the motor are installed, new Doug's Ceramic coated headers are installed. The fenders and hood are sandblasted and in good condition, and therunning boards are in excellent condition.

There are literally thousands of dollars worth of new parts with this project including four new Wheel Vintiques 15x6 Smoothie wheels with new Ford dog dish caps and trim rings, new Carrera 1940 Deluxe Steering Wheel, new grille assy, new headlight assemblies, rechromed bumpers, new bumper guards, new door handles, new dash clock, new dash trim, new Deluxe hood trim, windshield wipers/arms, new Deluxe hood ornament, new running board covers, new windshield trim/rubber and more parts. There is a manila folder about an inch or more thick with receipts for new parts and over $10k in labor alone documented.

Pretty much all parts are here to complete the Woody after all wood work is completed.
