1931 Ford Coupe

Authentic, custom, radical, and amazing from every angle this 1931 Ford coupe has been specially built with a performance 383 V8, real Ford steel body, and every inch coordinating to prove that this one is superior to every other street rod you've seen.
This is the one to drive when you want attention on the custom car scene. You can see there was obviously no expense spared taking a genuine Ford coupe steel body and transforming it into the cleanest and meanest custom on the streets. The wide fenders flow seamless and integrates into the tapering body to create a modern aggression with timeless appeal. The paint you can't take your eyes off of is a professional application of Sunset Orange Metallic that has enough luster to make it look miles deep. And the champagne upper portion has been applied with equal care, so that the light flows seamlessly between the two colors. And because this custom build will be drawing everyone in, the details on this are amazing, too. There's a subtle pinstripe separating the two colors, the windshield sun shade has been nicely integrated, and the taillights are frenched in. And while the shine of the paint meant there was a minimal need for brightwork, this clean and modern appearance also draws attention to the Foose wheels. These modern alloys add plenty of aggression with their design and 17/20 front/rear stance.
Inside, this 1930s machine has been completely rebuilt and customized to be the most comfortable cruiser you will find anywhere. It starts with the light tan leatherette seat with modern bolstering and a great diamond-stich pattern. This quality presentation wraps around you with the side panels and headliner following this shapely pattern. The driver gets a three-spoke Billet Specialties steering wheel on a polished Flaming River tilt column. And beyond that is a modern panel with a full set of Dakota Digital gauges. These are featured in a dashboard that combines the exterior orange and interior tan for a full uniform presentation that car show judges love. As you can tell from the pictures, this one has a lot of extras you don't find in other hot rods, including the power windows, power trunk lid, and Lokar pedals. But beyond these upgrades, there is a feeling this one was meant to be more than just a trailer queen. This custom build is also a roadtrip machine thanks to a host of thoughtful features, including four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive, power wipers, and ice-cold R134a air conditioning.
If the motor is going to be on display to the world, it better always be ready to show-off... and this small-block V8 does not disappoint. Most of the wiring has been tucked was so you get an unobstructed view of all the polished components, including valve covers, air topper, alternator, compressor, braided hoses, and pulleys. In fact, we dare you to find any other components that could get this kind of bright investment. And when you look beyond the shine, you'll see the substance of a 383 cubic-inch stroker V8. It has plenty of go-fast goodies, including aluminum heads, flat tappet cam, H-beam connecting rods, Quick Fuel four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and shorty headers. This whole package makes a wicked rumble from the dual exhaust. But don't just read about all of this; take a look in the undercarriage photos. There you'll tubular A-arms up front, a Speedway Engineering quick change rear with four-link setup, and Aldan American adjustable coilovers all around. You even get superior stopping power with Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes.
