1989 Ford Mustang 5.0 LX Convertible No Reserve! Low Miles No Rust FL Car

Up for NO RESERVE auction is this low mileage Mustang LX 5.0 Convertible. I will describe this car to the best of my ability. This is my 7th car I have auctioned this year and I will keep my feedback at 100%. So check feedback and bid with confidence. The car is in very good shape overall.
Mechanical: Car runs, starts, stops, shifts, and drives as it should. Very powerful solid motor, transmission, and rear end. Car runs extremely strong and well. Very powerful automobile. Has the usual Mustang upgrades. Shorty headers, Flow Master exhaust with cat delete and cold air intake. The norm for these cars. The car also has a BM shifter. Car stops well. Has had Cobra disc brakes added to rear and cobra calibers on all four wheels. Car stops very well. Much better than the stock drums that came standard on the back of these cars. Car rides as a 30 year old car should. Typical fox body ride quality. Rough and firm. Car also has Cobra R rims and brand new tires with less than 20 miles on them. Tires and rims were well over a thousand dollars. The only issue I can find mechanically is that the emergency brake does not function. The previous owner stated that there was a small power steering leak at the hose. I have yet to encounter that problem and have not had to add any fluids of any kind.
Interior: Interior is in fair shape. Seats are excellent leather seats, No rips or tears. Very comfortable. Just put new center arm rest and pad in it. carpet is in good shape. Dash has no cracks. All windows work on passenger side. Power mirrors and locks do not function. Driver side windows need assistance going up and down. Have brand new motor in box that will go with the car for the drivers window. I just do not have the time to install. I listed the interior only as fair because the glove box has a 1/2 inch gap when it is closed, drivers speaker has no cover, and ash trey is missing. Also fuel gauge needs to be replaced in the instrument cluster. Not reading presently. Very minor stuff I just like to list everything.
Exterior: The exterior is in very good condition. Recently repainted a beautiful bright green. Paint is in good shape. Looks sharp. No big scratches or dings. Car presents well. Absolutely NO RUST. I have never seen the undercarriage of a car so clean. Our Florida cars seem to always be in this sort of shape. Looks like the sheet metal was stamped and installed yesterday. Amazing. (see pics) Glass is in good shape. Trunk is clean with spare and jack. All lights work fine.
Top: Power top operates as it should with no issues. Top has two patches on it. The top works fine and doesn't look that bad. It just has those two patches on it. (see pics).
I believe I have listed everything to the best of my ability and with full disclosure in mind. The car is a good car. It can be a daily driver that just needs some tlc on minor issues. These cars are getting harder to find in this rust free, good interior, and in good mechanical shape. With all that being said this is a 30 year old car. Please keep that in mind when you are bidding.
