Up for auction is my beautiful 1965 Mustang convertible that is a quality restoration back to its original condition. The odometer reads 32,140 miles due to the age, I'm selling this car as true miles unknown. I purchased it from a 75 your old couple awhile back because they decided they were at the age that they lost interest in going to car shows and cruise in's. It was restored by Mustang professionals when they purchased it about 10 years ago and it looks like it was done yesterday. They kept the car in a climate controlled garage and only drove it to car shows and to his local golf course. The color is Springtime yellow and beautifully applied!! The sheet metal appears to be original and the alinements are better than they were when new, also the doors shut really nice unlike most Mustangs I have owned. All chrome and stainless were either restored or replaced with new when restored including window frames and it all still looks like new! All new interior including dash bezel, gauges, horn ring, steering wheel and direct fit stereo. The power top and rear window still look like new with no tears or fading and goes up and down perfectly. The undercarriage is also original and the floor pans and trunk floors are very solid. Drivetrain is the 289 C.I and rebuilt is very smooth running and sounds great with the dual exhaust and the automatic trans shifts like new and also has power steering. The GT wheels and the tires all look like new. Over all I think you will be hard pressed to find another one as nice as this little Mustang for what my reserve is so bid to buy the car is for sale.
