1969 Ford Galaxie LTD Brougham
Runs and drives well 48,000 miles very nice shape for it's age,clear coat has some fish eyes in it but it doesn't look bad underneath has some very light surface rust but no rot top has a little rust at the bottom edge of the rear wind shield but it is minor. Seats have been reupholstered and the carpet is newer with only 1 minor stain that can be gotten out. The dash has some light cracks and the headliner has one hole and a seam that has separated. It will need new brake shoes and tires soon. Probably could use a tune up. Leaks a little oil about a quart a month and it's a seal somewhere on the top end not exactly sure but it's nothing major the car runs very good last tune up was about a year ago and it gets frequent oil changes very solid could be restored easily or driven as is and it is a fun ride but it needs a spring in the door latch so the door needs to be locked when driven because it can unlatch easy. It's on the road now and I still drive it at least twice a week and drove it from Buffalo to Cincinnati and back without an issue. It is matching numbers with a 351w v8 and a 3 speed cruise-o-matic transmission. Only modifications are a edelbrock carb and intake, and a custom dual exhaust and it does sound pretty good. Included are some trim that goes to it, the original build sheet, original carb and intake, and other misc. items.
