1980 Ford Model A Shay

This is a 1980 Ford Model A Shay that Ford put out for the 50th anniversary of the 1930 Model A. They were sold at the ford dealerships. This one has very low miles and has been very well taken care of as you can tell by the pictures. I have done several things that I feel has improved it. I have changed the shifter to a new smother one that stops a accidental reverse shift. Other things I have done are: new plugs, new plug wires, new air filter, new carpet, new battery, headers that improved the power, I removed the smog junk and still have it to go with the car, new exhaust, have had the seat recovered do to a factory flaw, new gauges, new shocks, and several other things to improve the car. The top is in good condition with one small hole. I have the side curtains and rods and other pieces. The best thing is the feel of ridding out on the road with the top down getting all the thumbs up and everyone wanting to hear the oogh horn that still works great.
Everything works including wipers, heater, all lights and radio.
The original owner traded it in after moving to a retirement neighborhood in on a golf cart. I am the second owner.
This is a great and dependable Sunday or daily driver.
