This 1965 Mustang was built at the Ford plant in San Jose, California.Super nice car inside and out. Equipped with fog lights, front disc brakes, dual Trumpet exhaust, large diameter sway bar, heavy duty front coils and 5 leaf rear springs. It has a fold down rear seat with a trap door into the trunk that allows for transport of larger/longer items. Under the hood is a rebuilt 302 ci engine with solid lifters and mild cam for long duration intake/exhaust strokes. A Holly four barrel carburetor sits on top of a 8000 seriesintake manifold. The car has a new water pump, new valve cover gaskets, rear main seal and oil pan gasket. There is an electric fuel pump located near the gas tank and an electricfan behind a heavy duty four row radiator. For cool running, a Shelby "R" style front air dam is located under the front bumper. The car has a rebuilt 5 speed Tremac transmission with low first gear and overdrive to provide lower RPM's at highway speeds. She runs and drives great and I have videos to show that. She sits ona new set of white lettertiresmounted on a new set ofStyled Steel wheels with red Mustang wheel caps. This car has the dual Trumpet exhaust routed through the rear valance which was exclusive to the Ford GT package. The body and underside are solid and wheel wells are in great shape. The two stage paint job in the Ford EmberGlo color is in great condition . The interior is in excellent condition with new carpet, floor mats, headliner, dash pad, and sun visors. There is a 5 gauge instrument panel with the wood-grain look that matches the wood-grain glove box door, wood-grain door handles, and wood-grain look full length floor console; all period correct. To complete the package, there is a period correct wood 3-spoke steering wheel with a Mustang center cap and a steering column mounted Rally Pac. The radio is a OE replica AM/FM with kicker panel stereo speakers . Original 1965 owners manual included along with two sets of keys. This is a solid Mustang Fastback that will make a nice weekend or even daily driver and will get a lot of "thumbs up" out on the road. In summary this classic pony is a blast to drive and would make an excellent investment. Let the pictures speak for themselves as it's a nice classic mustang fastback. Can't go wrong with a first generation 65 mustang fastback in this condition
