Description:

1956 Ford F-100

1956 Ford F100-Project, but most of the hard stuff already done. Title has a Kentucky DMV assigned number, but has been through the NC DMV and has a NC clear title.

Drivetrain/Suspension/Brakes

The engine is from a 2012 Mustang Coyote I bought at least 2 years ago, and has the original 6 speed manual transmission. Currently no drive shaft, nor engine controller. Both commercially available, I will be happy to assist in locating them. The motor could be supercharged, Roush Racing as well as others carry the kits. The front end has a Heidts Independent Front suspension and the rear has a Mustang Cobra rear independent rear suspension, The fame was fully boxed. The front brakes are from Baer and are 6 piston with 15" rotors, the rear are stock Mustang Cobra disc. Comes with 4 new 20" Carrol Shelby wheels and 4 new Michelin tires

Body

The cab has had a 5" extension, thru the doors, floor and roof as well as adding the 5" in the frame so that the bed can stay stock. Door handles are from Kindig and are installed and function well. Rear fenders are molded in, and have inside wheel covers also molded in and allow for the wider wheels and tires. All major metal work has been done, some parts such as the new custom front inner fenders are not installed but are included. Comes with two nearly new bucket seats. Comes with steering column and parts need to install the steering, less wheel. (Will be installed if negotiated for, making it steerable.)

Bed

The bed has all the stainless parts needed for installation and the wood is ready for the last coat of finish. The wood I selected was Zebra wood, Pictured.

Still needed

Dash needs some work, as pictured.

Drive shaft, Wiper motor, brake and clutch booster, etc. Bracket is included.

Head lights and components, front running lights or turn signals.

Gauges

Wiring Harness-both body and engine harness needed. There is a sister truck being built that would let you see how some of the finish work could be done.

Bumpers are cut down and fit tightly to the body and from a 1968 Camaro. They look similar to a early 60's Corvette Stock bumpers will still fit, but rear tail lights would need to be addressed. Bumpers still need to be chromed.

Feel free to contact me through eBay.

You may contact me by phone, but I would prefer a text first.336-984-7633

For an additional cost I will make it run and drive, the cost would need to be negotiated and would depend on your selections of materials.

There is one picture showing a Mustang dash that fits pretty darn well, it would be available at no cost to a buyer. The biggest reason I have chosen not to go in that direction is the potential electronic issues.
