THIS CAR CAME FROM A LITTLE TOWN IN WESTERN NEBRASKA, I BOUGHT IT ON A AUCTION, GOT HER HOME PROCESSED IT CLEANED IT OUT, AND UP FOR SALE SHE GOES!
overall condition isn'tto bad for a shoebox, only major rust is the rear trunk pan and rear tail panel. besides that car is very respectable, floor pans and toe kicks are great, as you can see in pics, will need rocker work, car has dings dents, needs normal bodywork, few pinholes in roof, the crestliners had a factory vynal top, kinda cool. glass is shot, all cloth in interior is shot, super nice seat frames. complete dash. car is pretty much complete other than some exterior trim and a few odds and ends.
i really didn'tknow the rarityof the car when i bought it, but after getting it home and researched, i was kinda shocked they only made 8700. and was pretty much the top of the line car. they only made the crestliners in the 2 door sedan configuration. the car has a clean clear title in my name. car steers, rolls etc, motor is probably shot as it looks. one trunk lid hinge is cracked, thats why its jacked up in pic. doors and hood open and close fine. glass is all shot, back window is savable.. needs safetyglass.
overall a great candidatefor a restoration, google pics of these cars done, that roof looks awesome, and the extra side trim really sets it off. what you see is what you get, no surprises.
