1967 Ford Falcon 2dr Sedan
1967 Ford Falcon
This Falcon spent most of its life in Texas and has virtually no rust, only surface rust. My body man simply "ooh'ed" and "aah'ed" when he looked over the car. He did find a very small ding in the hood and the driver's door has two small "pulls" on the front edge. Oh yes, the floor driver's floor board has been replaced with sheet metal. But. . . there is a second driver's door and a new properly stamped replacement floor pan. Finally, this Texas car does have A/C, under dash (dealer installed)? The compressor is not installed but is included.
Just look at the pictures, the paint is still on the front shock towers. It's still on the front diagonal braces. Look at the underside pictures, some surface rust is all. It's not all perfect, however. That same Texas sun has done its best to destroy the cloth interior. The seats will need to be recovered.
Did I mention this Falcon runs? It has a later six in it and a brand new master cylinder. It starts, runs and stops just fine. It has current (Iowa) plates and registration. You can drive it as is, patina and all. You can do more, full restoration, it's that straight. You could even find a donor Mustang with a 5.0, AOD and 4wdb, and have a great little cruiser.
