KILLER RAT ROD, S-10 CHASSIS WITH V8, AUTO, PWR STEERING, PWR DISC BRAKES! This is a drive to work daily truck. Its got all the cool looks that a pre-war truck offers and all of the relaibility of a new frame and drivetrain. Take a look at the details below:
Cosmetic - Paint/Body: Body is rat rod style, all original steel with lots of dents and dings. There is some minimal rust on the body here and there, but this is no rust bucket.
- Interior: Bucket seats from a late model vehicle. Original gauge cluster with new gauges hidden in the glove box.
- Glass/Windows: Original windshields with fog around the edges (looks cool to me), no glass in the doors right now. Rear window is plexiglass.
- Trunk: Old barn bedwood freshly sanded and cleared looks really sharp. Budweiser keg for a fuel tank.
- Undercarriage: Solid and rust free frame rails. Original floor pans still in good shape. Cab corners and a few spots have minor rust.
- Wheels/Tires: Newer wheels with good tires.
Mechanical - Drivetrain: Vortec 350 V8 starts easily and runs real strong. Automatic transmission shifts perfectly and this truck runs 80mph down the road no problem. The truck drives like a 1989 C-10.
- Lights/Electrical: Headlights, tail lights, and brake lights all functioning.
- Brakes: Power Disc Brakes
- Power Options: Power Steering
