1968 mustang 289 V8 3 Speed Manual!!

1968 Ford Mustang

Please read description below.
Exterior: Paint shows nice with a couple of chips in the hood. Chrome on bumpers are nice no pitting. There is some pitting in chrome around window trim.
Interior: No rips or tears in interior. Carpet is in nice shape. Headliner is good. Door locks work but can be fickle when opening from the outside. Passenger side rear window does not roll down. I will try to look into this. Other 3 windows go up and down fine.
Electrical Items: Just put a new Voltage regulator in to get the oil pressure and temp gauges working. The speedo stopped working last year. The gas gauge does not go past 1/4 tank. The car has no radio installed and the heater is not working. The wipers do work. All the lights work with the exception of the rear driver side turn signal and stop light.
Mechanical: The 289 engine was rebuilt and installed approx 30K miles ago. It runs strong, no ticks, knocks, smoking, leaks. Exhaust is older but mufflers are newer and it sounds great. Transmission shifts through all 3 gears and reverse. Clutch was just adjusted and feels good. Front brakes were just serviced. New rotors and pads. Rear brakes were adjusted. Car drives straight but front end could use some updating. Bushings, springs and shocks showing their age.
Rust: This car was a originally a southwest car, so rust is very minimal and mostly just surface rust. Please look at pics. Floors and trunk are solid. Quarters seem good.
