1966 Ford Mustang Convertible

Retired and moving to Florida; reluctantly must sell my 66 Mustang convertible. I purchased the car in 1994 with 56,355 miles on the odometer, which is further reflected in the title (which is in my name). Since I have owned the car I have put on approximately 15,000 miles. The odometer now reads 71,800 miles.
Car was always garage kept and has never had any major rust issues (inner and outer qtr. panels, trunk, floor pans, shock towers, and frame rails are all original and solid). As you can see from the pictures the car is white with black top and interior. The convertible top, upholstery, rugs, and dash cover have been replaced. Has original Rally pack which is not working. Factory AM radio was replaced with more modern Kenwood head unit. The windshield has also been replaced and glass is slightly tinted.
Still has the original automatic transmission, shifter, and center console. Vehicle has power steering and power convertible top, working. Car was repainted around the year 2000. Car is not of show quality but is more than presentable and good looking. Spent around $2300 last year on new brakes, shocks, radiator, fuel pump, filters, gas tank, new wires, and a general tune up. Car runs and sounds great.
The original 289ci engine was upgraded with a 4 barrel carb to look like a 289 Hi-Po with aluminum valve covers and chrome air cleaner. A new factory style GT dual exhaust with trumpets and valance along with GT fog lamps, factory switch, gas cap, and all emblems. Car has 5 styled steel wheels with trim rings and center caps along with tires, all like new.
Negatives:
Previous owner cut holes in door panels to accommodate speakers which I have not fixed. (Passenger side picture shows where speaker used to be)
Spare tire rim is new; but has no tire mounted.
When taking the pictures I noticed some rust on the driver side lower rocker panel. Isn't bad but is becoming noticeable. Only area on the car with any kind of rust problem. (Also shown on picture)
Small indent in the front valance on driver side.
I have tried to describe the car as accurately as possible. Welcome to come do a local inspection. All questions are welcome and will be answered. This is a no reserve auction. Highest bid takes the car. Due to the fact I will be moving I need to sell this car as soon as possible as it will not be coming with me. With a little work this could very easy be a $30,000 car.
